with:
- Your name and contact info (or indicate if you wish to remain anonymous)
- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant dates, locations, or parties involved
- Any supporting documents
We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and handle it confidentially. Retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
To protect those who report concerns, the company maintains strict procedures to safeguard whistleblower identity and limit information access to only those directly involved in addressing the matter. Risk assessments may also be conducted to help identify and prevent any potential threats or retaliation.
